There are three things I’ve noticed since being in Korea:

1. It’s very difficult to find food without meat 😅

2. Koreans like EVERYTHING sweet and with added sugar

3. I can handle my spice 🌶️

That’s why I was so excited to find a restaurant that serves traditional Korean meals including a vegetarian one😍

It had rice, vegetables and a delicious spicy sauce🤩

It was also accompanied by a root infused water and a fruity cold tea which was DELICIOUS😍

My reaction to the food says it all😋
